Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, online services, and engagement of our property care services, including landscaping, snow removal, and related property maintenance. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or entering into a service agreement, you agree to these Terms.

 

1) Services

• R2R Property Care provides residential and commercial property care, including landscaping, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and related services.

• All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety considerations.

• Service details, including scope of work, rates, and payment terms, are set out in quotes, proposals, or contracts provided to each client.

 

2) Quotes & Estimates

• Quotes are based on the information available at the time of preparation. Changes in site conditions, property access, or scope of work may result in updated pricing.

• Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• Acceptance of a quote must be provided in writing (e.g., email confirmation, signed agreement).

 

3) Scheduling & Performance

• Service times are approximate and may vary due to weather, equipment availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

• Snow removal services are generally initiated when accumulation reaches the agreed trigger depth (e.g., 3 cm or more).

• Landscaping and maintenance services will be scheduled at mutually agreed times, with reasonable efforts made to meet client preferences.

• Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to service areas.

 

4) Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding property size, access, and specific needs.

• Ensure driveways, walkways, and service areas are clear of vehicles, obstacles, and hazards.

• Notify us of underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hidden obstacles that may affect service.

• Comply with all local bylaws and property regulations.

 

5) Fees & Payment

• Payment terms are specified in each quote, invoice, or service agreement.

• Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

• Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 5% per week or the maximum allowed by law.

• Additional fees may apply for emergency services, unscheduled work, or conditions outside the agreed scope.

• All fees are subject to applicable taxes (HST).

 

6) Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Short‑notice cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Seasonal or annual contracts may include early termination fees if ended before the agreed term.

• R2R Property Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for safety concerns, non‑payment, or repeated client breaches of these Terms.

 

7) Liability & Limitations

• We take reasonable precautions to deliver safe, quality services. However, R2R Property Care is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by hidden or unmarked obstacles (e.g., curbs, drains, utilities, sprinkler heads).

  • Injuries or damages arising from conditions beyond our control, including weather, third‑party actions, or force majeure events.

• Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.

• Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate property and liability insurance.

 

8) Equipment & Materials

• Unless otherwise agreed, R2R Property Care supplies all equipment and tools required for services.

• Materials (e.g., soil, stone, salt, mulch) will be billed as specified in the quote or agreement.

 

9) Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including logos, branding, text, images, and mascots (e.g., Rocky & Rooty), is the property of R2R Property Care and may not be used without permission.

• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without prior written consent.

 

10) Privacy & Communications

• Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

• By engaging our services, you consent to receive service‑related communications (e.g., scheduling, billing). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

 

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick.

 

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
