Jessica - Owner/CEO
Jessica, born and raised in Scoudouc, NB, has deep roots in the Moncton, Dieppe & Riverview community that span over 33 years.
With a background of more than a decade in administration, along with project coordination, and operations management, she brought the organizational backbone that keeps R2R running smoothly—ensuring strong systems, clear communication, and seamless execution for clients across New Brunswick.
Devlen - Owner/Operator
Devlen, contributes the hands-on expertise. With over 20 years in landscaping and snow removal, his career began in his family’s construction business in Creemore, Ontario, before he went on to operate his own Landscape/Construction company.
There, he led a team of 30+ employees and managed some of Ontario’s largest commercial snow and landscaping portfolios. From Smart Centres and CFB Borden to Nottawasaga Resort’s expansive grounds, he built a reputation for delivering results at scale—operating everything from loaders and tractors to specialized sidewalk equipment.
That same experience, paired with a family-driven approach, now powers R2R Property Care in New Brunswick—where even Devlen’s sons are stepping into leadership roles as we expand into multiple divisions.
From the start, our philosophy has been straightforward: snow doesn’t stop, and neither do we. Whether it’s a 24-hour snow event or a full season of maintaining residential and commercial properties, we show up prepared to handle the job—no matter the size or complexity.
Today, with $5 million in commercial liability coverage, a dedicated fleet, and a proven record of both operational know-how and professional management, R2R Property Care continues to build on its roots—serving clients with the same trust, care, and grit that shaped our beginning.
